We've all wondered what it would be like "if these walls could talk."  Through the creation of the Living Gallery at the Lancaster Visitors Center, we turned that thought into a reality. Now visitors are welcomed to the city by portraits of some of Lancaster's most prominent citizens that come to life to share historical facts and entertaining quips about the Red Rose City.

The goal for this project was to educate visitors in a unique way that both orients them to the city as well as creates something so unique that the Visitors Center itself becomes a must-see destination for tourists.

This was a fun project.  Not only did we get to see General Reynolds operate a Keurig, but we were able to flex our strategic storytelling muscles as a full service partner to the city by:

  • Researching each historical figure
  • Creating historically accurate and entertaining scripts
  • Shooting and editing the footage
  • Purchasing and installing the software and hardware

But wait, there's more!
